Accreditation

Internationally Accredited Programs

All our programs are TA, ICF CCE and EMCC accredited at senior coach level (equivalent of a master's level 7). Coaches and consultants who hold a credential typically get more clients and clients pay higher fees.

Why accreditation matters

Accreditation is becoming increasingly important to clients and client organisations. All our programs are TA, ICF CCE and EMCC accredited at senior coach level (equivalent of a master's level 7). Our TAO3 team coaching program will get you Individual Team Coach accreditation at senior coach level too, if you are already a senior coach. Our TAO5 Systemic Supervision program is accredited at senior supervisor level.

Benefits of EMCC Senior Coach accredited programs

01

High Professional Standards

Programs meet rigorous international benchmarks, ensuring you develop coaching competencies recognised across industries and borders.

02

Enhanced Leadership Effectiveness

Evidence-based frameworks drawn from Transactional Analysis give you practical tools to create measurable change in leaders and organisations.

03

Measurable Outcomes and Impact

Structured assessment and supervision throughout the program means you can demonstrate concrete results to clients and employers.

04

Evidence-Based and Reflective Techniques

You learn to integrate theory, tools and ethics — and to explain what you do, why you do it, and what options you had.

05

Trust and Credibility

An internationally recognised credential signals commitment to professional development and gives clients confidence in your practice.

Your starting point

Some people just want the knowledge and skills offered in the training program to enhance their practice. Others want to use the programs to pursue different accreditations. The Intact Academy programs provide enough hours for CTA-O, EMCC senior practitioner accreditation and ICF CEUs. Before you decide which path to choose, it is good to review your learning goals in the context of your purpose.

Accreditation as a transactional analyst, coach, team coach or supervisor is a choice that requires perseverance and dedication. It requires conscious contracting in your life. And it brings beautiful rewards in terms of integration and consolidation of your professional identity and recognition by peers and clients.

Questions to consider

  • Where do you want to be in five years' time?
  • What competencies have you already built up that help you realise this purpose?
  • What resources will you put in place to pursue your accreditation — in terms of time, money, support and other people?

Accreditation routes

The accreditation process is an evaluative step in the development of professional identity. It assesses the integration of tools, theory and ethics taught in the programs and their application in the participant's work situation. There are several routes available:
